This is what Research says about the use of medicinal mushrooms during pregnancy:

Tests with mushrooms have shown no adverse affect on fertility, fetal abnormality and or penetration into the fetus or excretion in breast milk.

The only mushroom that has shown anti fertility actions is auricularia auricula and we would also advise not using this mushroom during pregnancy.

Reishi has been reported to have anti-coagulant activity so we would also suggest not using it during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding.

The optimal extraction method once again depends on the mushroom itself. Different methods are used to promote and dissolve the unique active ingredients in the mushroom extracts and hence create a high spectrum mushroom extract.

Alcohol (ethanol)

Dual extraction refers to a combination of water and alcohol extraction. The dual extraction process ensures you’re getting the full spectrum of compounds when it comes to a mushroom where the active ingredients benefit from both alcohol and well as a water extract.

Lion's Mane, Reishi, Chaga

The 8 mushroom blend is great for overall health whereas if you are treating something specific or trying to improve something specific then it is best to opt for that specific mushroom so you get a full dose.
